We want you to be completely happy with your purchase of David Bull products. All David Bull products are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
Because our jewelry and accessories are made by hand we trust you understand and appreciate that there will likely be normal evidence of hand-crafting by a master artisan.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of our merchandise. We cannot accept returns after 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Items Damaged in Transit
Each item shipped from David Bull, Inc., has been inspected to make sure that they are securely wrapped and separated from each other by bubble wrap within their wooden box. There is no exception to our policy on this safe shipping procedure for your protection and ours. While we take great care to make certain your order arrives safely, life occasionally has other plans.
Please Note: Any items damaged in transport must be reported to Customer Service at David Bull, Inc. via email within 24 hours of receipt of package. Please include your invoice number and a description of the products in your Email. – Thank you.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer our customers the ability to return items in original condition and original packaging with a copy of your invoice. After 14 days it is still possible to return merchandise for store credit or exchange. Sales past 21 days are considered final and are non-returnable.
Exchanges are possible providing the returned products are returned in the same condition they were shipped and the price for the new item is the same. Please allow two weeks for the shipment of the new products for which you are making the exchange.
Refunds will be issued to Cardholder’s account and may take up to 14 days to process. Shipping expenses back to David Bull Inc. are not refundable and for your security we suggest a reputable, trackable, and insurable shipping method is used (USPS,UPS, FedEX, DHL), as credits/refunds/exchanges are only possible when the items are received by David Bull Inc. David Bull Inc. is not able provide refunds/exchanges for items lost during shipping back to our location.
We require that all product are securely wrapped in original packaging, including bubble wrap, during transport back, so that the products are not damaged in transit. URGENT NOTE: Cufflinks should be wrapped individually in bubble wrap so they do not ding each other during transit. Items sent loose and not wrapped in bubble wrap within the wooden box and that cause damage to each other cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exclusions to Return Policy
- Personalized, initialized or custom merchandise – We are unable to entertain returns for ‘personalized.’ ‘initialized’ or custom merchandise, unless there is clear errors made in personalization. This includes any initialized cuff links or key chains. Please be sure the information you provide us is correct. If the error has been made by David Bull, Inc., we will revert to our standard return/exchange policy.
- International, special requests, large orders and wholesale orders cannot be returned or refunded.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
